Le Promeneur (The Walker)
With a happy-go-lucky shuffle in his step, this character sees the world
through playfullness and happiness. Complete with a green bowler's hat, he'll
warm his way into your heart and soul, and bring a smile to your face.

Le Titan (The Titan)
Le Titatn -- He's our resident strong man. You can spot him by his bald
head, grey robe and mechanical leg kicking walk. He's a solitary figure,
unfriendly and threatening. He marches assertively through the world of La
Nouba, like a nightmare waiting to take over a sweet dream.

La Femme de ménage (The Cleaning Lady)
La Femme de Ménage does not know what is in store for her, as she goes
about her every day tasks. But soon the urbanites flood the world of La Nouba
and she becomes swept up in them.

Les Cons (The Nuts)
The nuts, noted by their bald heads and white gowns, are mischievous,
innocent characters that exist between realities. You will spot them constantly
throughout La Nouba... sometimes screaming their heads off.
L'Oiseau (The Green Bird)
Like a marionette, the bird, prances and dances desperately wanting to fly.
She remains forever trapped in the urbanite world, awkward and alone.
Les Danseurs (The Dancers)
A lost ballerina has fallen for a Pierrot clown, and like Romeo and Juliet,
their love is a never-ending story filled with desire, fear and longong.
Le Pierrot acrobate (The Pierrot Acrobat)
Agile and Nimble, within a flash of folly you'll miss him as he turns, flips, twists
and flies across your view!

Clowns
Before the show, this clown duo takes turns directing unsuspecting ticket
holders to their seats, or at least somewhere in the theater; only they know where.
As people get seated the pair try and move a setting of big giftwrapped boxes, and
of course, you can guess the difficulty. Durring the show they tickle us by simulating
a landing on a planets' surface to mine an unsuspecting ore rock. All it takes is one
foul up and they've lost their air supply. Playing cowboys and Indians (One's an old
western sheriff while the other is a plains Indian complete with teepee) is the
epitome of childhood. The laughter rolls on as the Indian attempts to impale the
sheriff with his trusty bow and arrow... There are other surprises as well, which I
think I'll leave you to discover.
